I was scared this was gonna ship all the way from China not reach us until after Halloween from an order date on Sept 24th, but after an initial 2 weeks for them to create the label, the helmet shipped from New Jersey and got to us a week before Halloween!
The helmet is suprisingly light for what it does and looks. A child of 10 yr old can use it without creating foam pads to fill space. Communication was fast, and honest via the website's email.
The voice commands were clunky at first, but we firgured it out. No complaints.

I suppose I would have liked more progress updates between ordering and shipping, but I was pleased that the company was able to improve upon the original arrival date. And the helmet looks and functions great! But there are a few scuffs on the face plate, and I would have preferred a pristine mask. If they continue to offer interesting products, I would order from them again.

My MKV mask is awesome! I was well aware of the pre-order shipping situation so I was unbothered by that portion of the transaction. The helmet itself, works with voice commands, touch and remote. It looks just like the movies. People have seen my via video and ask how heavy it is because it looks real deal.
