I love this iron man helmet! But it makes this weird squeaky noise when it opens/close that was not there before. I looked at the manual online to fix it but nothing happened. But besides that it鈥檚 awesome and you should definitely buy it and trust me you won鈥檛 regret it!

I鈥檓 sorry I didn鈥檛 take pictures but the packaging came undamaged and the mask looks exactly as shown. I bought in august and received in October, I was afraid of it coming around a year later as said from other buyers however everything worked out perfectly. Also tracking numbers took around a month for me to receive and I was updated through the shop app for the status of my package.

this helmet is beautiful in person!! super realistic and the movements are smooth. i bought it as a bday present since they are a huge iron man fan but i wanted to test it out myself to see if it functions and it does. i recommend it 10/10 it鈥檚 lovely!!

The customer service is fantastic. There was a damage in the Mark V helmet order which i had placed. But the service team was very helpful enough to replace the damaged part and guided well to make sure the product is working in full condition. However, there were small dents on the helmet and that was little disappointing as the service team said it鈥檚 how the plate it; which shouldn鈥檛 be the case I believe. Overall, great experience and fantastic products.

The company actually got the helmet to me in really good time. It was not delayed at all and arrived in the time as described. The helmet itself works amazing. I have it mounted on its stand in a room at the moment. I take it off to wear it all the time. I even bring it to work sometimes.

I really like the quality of the product and it can quickly. The only negative I have to say is the voice commands rarely work. It's very picky but the remote works fine.

Wow! What can i say? This helmet is fantastic and it鈥檚 truly a dream come true to any marvel fan. Yes, it鈥檚 on the pricey side but it鈥檚 just unbelievable. I live in Scotland and i ordered this on February 11th and it arrived on February 24th. So really fast delivery! I bought the mk. 5 v2 iron man helmet, and it was quite literally a fulfilled childhood fantasy of mine. It is everything I had hoped it would be, and on top of making an awesome product, the shipping process did not take as long as I expected it to.

The product is super amazing! Somehow beat my already high expectations, my only issue was that when the helmet arrived one of the pieces had slipped out of position and was causing the helmet to not close or open properly. Luckily I was able to spot the issue and fix it myself but to someone less tech savvy it would be a big letdown to have it be flawed like that.

This item surpassed my expectations. It looks like a quality item and it arrived faster than the 5-6 weeks that were on the website. (Europe NL) only downside is that my head is just a tiny bit too big, this means the faceplate will cramp up my nose. Other than that, very happy. Payed in total for the item, shipping, customs duty and taxes 382 euro.

I have anxiously kept my eyes on this product for over a year before pulling the trigger. Let me say after a quick 3 weeks, I鈥檝e gotten the helmet. The packaging and helmet itself is perfect. Everything works as it should, and I want to give a huge thanks to Joe and his team! Clara was a huge help over email answering all my questions within the next day. Overall, very happy I ordered through Joe. Do not waste your time buying through any other company or sketchy ebay ad. 10/10

Coolest thing in the world! Unfortunately it's not really wearable. If you fit your chin in, then the faceplate doesn't close because it hits your nose, but don't let that deter you because how often are you really walking around wearing the helmet lol. Looks amazing and gets lot of comments from everyone who sees it!

I ordered mine in January so it took almost exactly 6 months to get here and was 100% worth the wait. Everything was a amazing about it it looks great and the remote controls it so well. The quality is amazing. I waited about 6 months for this, but I 100% believe it was worth it! It has such good quality and looks super realistic! The only complaint I would have is it is slightly squeaky when opening/closing , but even that is a stretch of a complaint. It arrived with one of the eyes not lit up and when it opens, it opens on a slight tilt. This doesn鈥檛 have any affect on my enjoyment however. Worth the wait. I would definitely recommend. Just remember that it takes a while.

This is 1st review I've left for any product ever. Ordered the helmet 3/23/21 and it arrived today 3/25/22. Although customer service always emailed me back, there was always a new reason for a delay and new estimated arrival time. I just accepted that it was a scam and I would never receive anything. Even when I finally got a tracking number in Feb, the product just sat in China for weeks. Figured that I either would never receive it or if I did it would be some cheap knock-off. If I knew I had to wait a whole year, I would still buy this helmet. I plan to surprise my kids with it tonight. Seems everyone has had delays like me. So, I DID have a review here calling it a SCAM... due to the inacceptably-long delivery time (I mean... over a year? People change jobs, have kids, and move within that time). Regardless... the customer support kept constant communication the ENTIRE TIME and, despite pushing delivery back over and over again, the helmet finally arrived. I ended up giving them an ultimatum to repay me or give me a firm delivery date, and they gave me a date, which surprisingly... they held their bargain on! LET ME TELL YOU... IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!! SUCH INCREDIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP!!!! It aboslutely looks 100% metal despite being injection-mold plastic of some type (with a nice "powdercoat" painting, which I don't know how they accomplish!). TRULY remarkable work, and the mechanics with the motors, moving parts, light-up eyes, and capacitive-touch switches in the "earpieces"... it all makes a truly incredible toy/movie prop/costume element.

I ordered this Ironman helmet about a year ago, I can say it鈥檚 worth the wait! The coolest superhero item that I have. The paint on this helmet is perfect with amazing over all finish to this item. Well done Joetoyss, great work!

So I just got the helm a day before this review and I have to say I really like it. To start off with the pros, it's build and packaging are fairly solid and the detail is outstanding. It fits my head just right and I think I look dope. I can definitely see this as a really cool shelf display, cosplay item, or just something to wear when you feel like quitting your job. The cons, I ordered my helm on April 25, 2021 and it arrived March 22, 2022. As far as schedule and shipping goes that was a long wait, and it only took about 5-7 days to ship and arrive. So be prepared to wait a year. Next is when I got the helm, one of the led eyes was burnt out but it came with replacement eyes so that is a plus. And lastly I may just be dumb but I can't get the voice command option to work, which isn't a big problem and since I have my own copy and can maybe fiddle around with it, and see if I can get it to work. Though I did disconnect the speaker at the bottom of the helm cause it was a bit loud so that may also be the problem. Also watch out cause it can get a bit hot cause you are placing your head right next to functioning machinery. All in all I still love the product even with it's minor downsides cause its what I paid for and it's more than I expected. Just expect a year long wait before you purchase this product.

The Ironman helmet is amazing and worth every penny. There was an issue with delivery. Was originally told 6 months and ended up waiting nearly a year. At first I wasn't getting responses to my emails, but then I did and they explained the issues they were having and from then on kept in constant contact. Responded even when closed for their holiday.

After a long wait I received my Iron Man helmet this morning and I鈥檓 more than happy to say I鈥檓 super glad with it, works amazing, bigger than I thought (as I was worried it wouldn鈥檛 fit on my head. Zuerst einmal, die Seite ist KEIN Scam. Ich habe meine Bestellung im Februar 2021 abgegeben und zun盲chst nur die H盲lfte bezahlt, wie man es im Shop ausw盲hlen kann. Die angegebenen 5-6 Monate zur Lieferung haben nicht geklappt. Wenn man dem Support geschrieben hat, hat dieser immer relativ schnell geantwortet, es hie脽 oft, dass die Zeit nicht erf眉llt werden kann aufgrund von Corona oder anderen Problemen. Irgendwann habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen, dass ich nun meine zweite Restzahlung nun 眉berweisen kann, was ich auch tat. Auf weitere Fragen, wann denn nun der Helm kommt, gab es l盲ngere Zeit keine Antwort mehr. Ich hatte gedacht, dass ich betrogen wurde. Daraufhin habe ich Pay-Pal kontaktiert und einen Fall er枚ffnet. Nach l盲ngerem hin und her kam dann eine Nachricht vom Support, dass sie technische Probleme hatten und der Laden geschlossen war. Ich war zuerst skeptisch, aber mir wurden Beweisfotos geschickt, was die Echtheit von den Masken betr盲gt. Dann kam endlich im Januar 2022 mein Helm per Post und ich muss sagen, das Warten hat sich echt gelohnt. Der Karton kam zwar besch盲digt an (wof眉r Joetoys nichts kann), aber der Inhalt war gut verpackt, sodass nicht besch盲digt war am Helm. Der Helm sieht echt Klasse aus und funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Ich gebe nur 4 von 5 Sternen aufgrund der langen Lieferzeit und den kleinen Kommunikationsproblemen. Im ganzen bin ich froh die Bestellung get盲tigt zu haben, denn dieser Helm ist optisch ein echter Hingucker und die Features sind mega. Die Lange Lieferung von 11 Monaten in meinem Fall sind leider nicht so sch枚n, aber das Team hat sich m眉he gegeben und es hat sich gelohnt. IIch bin auch sehr froh, dass ich Joetoys gefunden habe, denn es gibt sehr viele Scam-Seiten, die den Helm auch anbieten aber nur die Leute betr眉gen. Ich hoffe ich konnten einigen helfen und f眉r die die ihn bereits bestellt haben, ihr m眉sst einfach warten wie bei mir. Es dauert lange aber lohnt sich. :)

I waited almost a year for this helmet and it comes with one eye not working. If the eye worked then it would have been perfect but I am a little disappointed. I still love it though and I can't wait to see it if I can get it fixed so I can see it in its full glory.

The wait was worth it. Such attention to detail. Not too heavy. Padding was great, setup was simple. The whole family had a giggle with it. The Nerd in my could only dream of this helmet. Now it's a reality.

Ordered in February and received 10 months later, definitely worth the wait! However, maybe in shipping one of the lenses may have been damaged as it doesn鈥檛 turn white. It does go red in combat mode though!

Super high quality and works like a charm. It took a while to come but they are very communicative over email whenever you ask them for updates on your mask. Very much worth the wait. Even though it shipped from China to California, the mask came in perfect condition. I got it for my dad and he has a very big head, but it still fits for him. This helmet is amazing. For the price point it鈥檚 worth it. Just be advised you are going to wait a bit. My only complaint is that the box could鈥檝e been packaged and sealed better but with COVID and everything I can鈥檛 really complain. I have a large head and a fat face due to medication I鈥檓 on and by taking off the padding that comes with it still fit despite being designed for 23.5 circumference heads and mine measuring in at 26. The quality is insane you can really tell they spent their time making sure it鈥檚 worth the wait. They also reply quickly to emails which is always great. It鈥檚 all plastic but it looks like it鈥檚 all metal and the design and inside wiring and stuff is just cleanly done. My advice to anyone reading just buy it.

i usually don鈥檛 write reviews, but this thing absolutely warranted a review. tl;dr; great quality, finish and operation at a killer price. i am one happy camper! review: So I was one of the people who saw videos of this mask go viral on reddit and decided the price was worth it even if the helmet would end up only a fraction of the quality seen on the videos. I ordered september 2020 and tried to forget about it as much as possible. After a long wait (i received it this week in july 2021), i finally got my long awaited package, and boy was i in for a treat. packaging was much nicer than i expected. no chance of the mask getting damaged from a bumpy ride. great start! Out the box itself came a helmet, a bag with a remote and a pamflet with instructions in several languages. the helmet has a beautiful hit-rod res finish with some great 鈥渟cratched鈥?chrome for the face plates. the plastic is sturdy and the helmet is the right weight. boy is this thing impressive. the internal electronics and mechanics look solid and much more organized than i expected. after insterting batteries, fitting the helmet was easy enough, though my (large) head was a few millimeters too large, which meant my chin would not go in all the way. view out the eyes is better than expected but still somewhat narrow. but overall it鈥檚 a good fit. the mask open/close mechanism is surprisingly great and the internals don鈥檛 get in the way of anything. operation via remote works perfect, touch works great too, and although voice required a moment to get a hang of, it works 99% once you get it. this is truly a great product with incredible value for money. if you have the money, get it, it鈥檚 worth it!

You literally feel like a super hero wearing it. Let me summarize, it's talk operated, touch operated, and remote control operated, every feature has worked flawlessly for me and I am super impressed. If you're patient it's worth the wait, if you not by the cheap non-functioning unit on Amazon and be disappointed. Definitely buying more products from this company.

The wait was well worth it. I had the box sitting at home for 3 weeks before I finally opened it and I was completely overwhelmed by the paint job and overall quality in the product. Now I'm looking for the absolute best case to keep it in. A huge thank you to the JoeToys staff for quick responses to any of my concerns and questions, and mostly for an amazing piece that I was able to add to my collection. Thank you well done!

I purchased the iron man helmet in September 2020 after looking at many reviews on youtube talking about it very well and recommending the purchase and I chose the payment divided into 2, half immediately and half to the shipment of the item because the minimum wait was 5/6 months. In February I wrote the first email to find out at what point my order was and I immediately understood the seriousness of the company because they replied immediately and very kindly told me that they had a delay on the order of some chips and therefore the shipments would take a few months. In June they contacted me to confirm the preparation of the shipment and then to complete the payment of the item. I live in Italy and the package arrived after 20 days (and the wait seemed much longer for me) and as soon as I opened it it was incredible, beautiful and cared for in every detail and I was very happy until unfortunately after a while it stopped to operate the opening method. I tried in every way to make it work but I couldn't because it was probably a hardware or software problem. I immediately contacted customer service and after a few emails we were able to understand the problem and they sent me a card to replace mine that probably would have solved everything. At no cost to me they shipped with express parcel and the replacement part arrived at home in 5 days. After replacing the board everything was back to work and I was the happiest man on earth. This company is fantastic producing spectacular items and the staff are very kind and very helpful. Surely in the future I will buy again because similar items around these prices are not easy to find. Buy safely from this company even if the waiting times are long, it will be worth it.

It was an 8 or 9 month wait but worth it! Quality is excellent and amazing to watch in action. Great work guys
