Limited Warranty
What is Covered:
This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship in this product.
The defects in workmanship include wrong sizes, missing parts, different materials from the descriptions, and false colors.
What is Not Covered:
1. This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
2. This warranty excludes warranties from individual parts, such as cables and attachments(batteries, lights, chargers, Velcros, elastics, buckles,etc)
3. This also does not warrant that the product won't become obsolete at some point in the future.
How Long Does This Coverage Last
This warranty lasts for six months from the date of the products received.
Who is Covered
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
How to obtain this service
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, contact me with your order number, received date, photos, or videos present the defects in workmanship.
What JOETOYS will do:
We will offer you a replacement. If you can fix it yourself, it's a good way to get it at a discounted price.
What JOETOYS Will Not Do Under this Warranty:
This limited warranty won't insure the product during its shipment to the client. If the product gets damaged during the delivery, please check our after selling services.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of JOETOYS
Limitation on Liability
JOETOYS shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages
Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to extraordinary amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.
